1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing Fluxora, you confirm that you:

• Have read and understood these Terms
• Are at least 18 years old or have obtained parental consent
• Accept all conditions described in this document
• Have the legal right to enter into this agreement in your jurisdiction

2. Definitions

• "Fluxora" or "we": the company operating the Fluxora platform.
• "Platform": the website, applications and all associated services offered by Fluxora.
• "User": any person accessing the platform, whether registered or not.
• "Buyer": any user making or seeking to make a purchase.
• "Seller" or "Business": any company or individual offering products for sale via Fluxora.
• "Offer": a seller's proposal for a given product, including price, stock and conditions.
• "Order": the act of purchasing one or more products by a buyer.
• "Content": any text, image, video, review or other information published on the platform.

3. Registration & Account

3.1 Account creation

To access most features of Fluxora, you must create an account by providing accurate, complete and up-to-date information. You are responsible for keeping this information current.

3.2 Account security

• You are responsible for the confidentiality of your password
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account
• An account may not be shared between multiple people
• Fluxora will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account

3.3 One account per user

Each individual or legal entity may only hold one account of each type (buyer or seller). Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

4. Buyer Rules

As a buyer on Fluxora, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete delivery information
• Make payment in good faith for any order placed
• Not abusively cancel confirmed orders
• Leave honest reviews based on your real experience
• Not attempt to circumvent the platform's payment system
• Contact support in the event of a dispute before initiating any bank chargeback

5. Seller Rules

5.1 Approval

Every seller account must be approved by the Fluxora team before being able to publish offers. We reserve the right to refuse or revoke this approval at any time.

5.2 Seller obligations

• Provide accurate and non-misleading product descriptions
• Maintain up-to-date stock levels in real time
• Honour all confirmed orders at the displayed prices
• Process orders within the announced timeframes
• Respond to buyer messages within a reasonable timeframe
• Comply with all applicable laws (taxes, licences, product compliance)
• Not sell counterfeit, illegal or dangerous products

5.3 Fluxora commission

Fluxora charges a commission on each sale made through the platform. The commission rate is communicated at registration and may be changed with 30 days' notice.

6. Order Process

• An order is considered placed after payment confirmation
• The seller has a defined period to confirm and process the order
• If not confirmed within the timeframe, the order is automatically cancelled and refunded
• Displayed prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated
• Fluxora reserves the right to cancel any suspicious or fraudulent order

7. Payments

7.1 Accepted payment methods

Fluxora accepts bank cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and other payment methods depending on your region, all processed via Stripe.

7.2 Payment security

All payments are processed via Stripe, PCI-DSS Level 1 certified. Fluxora never stores your card data directly.

7.3 Currency and taxes

Prices are displayed in local currency. Applicable taxes are calculated and displayed at checkout. You are responsible for any additional taxes in your jurisdiction.

8. Delivery

• Delivery times are estimates and depend on the seller
• Fluxora is not responsible for delays related to carriers or sellers
• You must provide an accurate delivery address — errors are your responsibility
• If a parcel is lost, contact the seller first, then Fluxora if necessary

9. Returns & Refunds

9.1 Return policy

Each seller defines their own return policy, visible on their seller page. In the absence of a specified policy, our default policy applies: returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt for defective or non-conforming items.

9.2 Fluxora Buyer Protection

Fluxora Buyer Protection guarantees a full refund if:

• The product received is significantly different from the description
• The product is never delivered without valid reason
• The product is damaged on delivery

9.3 Refund timeframes

Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.

10. Reviews & Ratings

• Only buyers who have received a product (status "delivered") may leave a review
• Reviews must be honest, based on your real experience and respectful
• Misleading, defamatory or fraudulent reviews are prohibited
• Fluxora reserves the right to remove any review that violates these rules
• Sellers may not offer compensation in exchange for positive reviews

11. Prohibited Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited on Fluxora:

• Selling counterfeit, illegal, dangerous or regulated products without authorisation
• Using the platform for fraudulent or deceptive purposes
• Attempting to access other users' accounts
• Publishing offensive, discriminatory or illegal content
• Using bots, scrapers or other automated tools without authorisation
• Circumventing the platform's security measures
• Contacting users for commercial purposes unrelated to Fluxora
• Creating fake accounts or fake reviews
• Attempting to conduct transactions outside the platform to avoid commissions

12. Intellectual Property

12.1 Fluxora content

The logo, design, code, text and all elements of the Fluxora platform are the exclusive property of Fluxora and protected by copyright. Any reproduction without authorisation is prohibited.

12.2 Your content

By publishing content on Fluxora (photos, descriptions, reviews), you grant Fluxora a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, display and distribute that content in the context of the platform's operation.

You confirm that you hold all necessary rights over the content you publish.

13. Limitation of Liability

Fluxora acts as an intermediary between buyers and sellers. As such:

• Fluxora is not responsible for the quality of products sold by third-party sellers
• Fluxora does not guarantee permanent and uninterrupted availability of the platform
• Fluxora is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profits or consequential harm
• Fluxora's total liability is limited to the amount of the transaction in question

14. Suspension & Termination

14.1 By Fluxora

Fluxora may suspend or terminate your account immediately and without notice in cases of:

• Breach of these Terms
• Fraudulent or abusive behaviour
• Repeated complaints from other users
• Proven illegal activity

14.2 By you

You may close your account at any time from your profile settings or by contacting our support team. Any pending orders will be processed before the account is effectively closed.

15. Changes to These Terms

Fluxora reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. In the event of a material change, we will notify you by email and/or via a platform notification at least 30 days before the change takes effect.

Continued use of the platform after any modification constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by the law applicable in the country where Fluxora is registered. Any dispute not resolved amicably will be submitted to the competent courts.
